multi vitamins drop is neccessary for all new born babies or its for weak baby?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no need to give all multivitamin drops the baby routinely if baby is not having any deficiency the mother's milk will meet all the requirements of the baby including vitamins also
