A. that's nice only. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you can reduce your weight by having rich fiber and proteins diet and follow a regular exercise routine. and do yoga planks and Surya Namaskar on daily basis. take care
