mujhe sahi se breast milk nhi aa raha me baby ko cow milk pilati hu uppar se jab uska pet nhi bharta isme koi risk to nhi hai

A. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
