A. eat well. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi mom To increase ur weight, start eating healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include egg ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, mango shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur diet to increase weight
