A. hello dear , aap kitne monrhs pregnant ho ? hormonal changes ki wajah se food aversion hote hai but balanced diet zaroori hai in pregnancy so have small frequent meals daji ke saath sabji , dal bhi lein , alag alag recipe avoid oily fried processed food
