See There are a lot of medicines I can tell you but I would advise you to go for either proper homoeopathic treatment or an Ayurvedic treatment for all these things because right now the medicine is going to help you temporarily but if you want a permanent relief from it then you’ll have to take a course of medicine but as of now if you want you can take sinarist
