mujhe 4 din se abdominal pain bhi ho rha h but periods proper nhi aa rhe h bs spotting ho rhi h… Is this normal or serious?

A. Hello! Cannot be considered as normal as you are already having some pain, but there is no discharge or very little. There are chances of hormonal fluctuations. I would advise you to get in touch with your consulting gynaecologist for a proper medical evaluation and guidance.
