RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 days agoA. Mam if you’re having a hard motion you should try and include more of fluids and fibres in your diet which is going to be very good for you and what problem are you facing with the child that’s not clear to me so it’s better to consult your doctor once
