shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. you irregular period is because of PCOD and your PCOD is because of the hormonal imbalance as well as overweight so you need to reduce weight by the physical activities if you are not able to do anything then at least do yoga this will solve all your problems along with the medication try and you will see the difference
