Hello,breast milk comes in first day only and maximum in second day of c-section, sometimes babies don't lactate and due to which new mother's think they don't have breastmilk,so for that you need to press your breasts to take out milk and if you have problems then consult with yout doctor she will tell you right way how to do it.
