Medicines are not recommended to be taken without doctors assistance you have to consult your gynaecologist before you wanna take any medication they will have to examine and only on that basis they will be able to suggest you proper medication to be taken during this time

You shouldn’t be using any over-the-counter medication without consulting the doctor as it can contradict with your present pregnancy condition. Follow your doctors advice.
