A. If you feel baby is not getting enough feed from mother's milk, you should start giving formula milk. At this stage, it is important to fully feed the baby for healthy growth and development. Alongside, mother can include foods which will help in increasing breastmilk like fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, cereals, legumes, chicken, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds, avocado and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to increase milk secretion.
