Mt baby is 3months old and he is sucking his both thumbs how can I make him leave this habit?

Teething could be happening with your child and probably due to irritation in the gums only your child could be behaving like this further I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor after physically examining the child they can give you better clarity on that
