mt 7 months old baby have red spot on chin only not on other body part what may be the reason and remedy

Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or asxsosiated symptoftms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Whenever your child has got pimples You can start applying calamine lotion over there there could be various reasons behind it sometimes it is heat sometimes you know it will be maybe your child has eaten something which has reacted so I cannot be sure about the reason that way but yes you start applying calamine lotion that will help
