ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. parent your kid six months old and having loose motions maintain adequate hydration of the child with direct breastfeeding and ovaries saturates make sure that the child is well hydrated and urine output is adequate in case of fever you may give oral paracetamol drops and tepid sponging with wet cloth
