RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Its Just some kind of a rush you can apply Cetaphil lotion regularly into this area because it is just a small patch at one place it could be due to dryness also apply Cetaphil lotion regularly it will settle down with passing time
