DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello , your baby girl is 5 years old and she is having a mouth ulcers so it may be painful and she is drooling very much so give her syrup Zincovit 5 ml twice and apply zytee cream on the ulcers
