#Motherhood#AskTheExpert sir my son is one year 3 month old nd his weight is 8.600nw he's suffering from 102 fever yesterday doctor suggested to give mefanorm 4ml thrice a day for 4 days and also given maxtra thrice a day and zincolife 2.5 ml twice a day is it ok to give this much medicine to my son plz reply
