#Motherhood#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 months. but my menstruation has not started. what should I do. I breastfeed my baby. my baby don't want to eat food hence I end up breast feeding 10-12 times per day. my mother says if you breast feed your baby menses will not start. doctor please guide me.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. yes Maam as long as you are breastfeeding ideally you will not have periods. sone of the women do get periods but not all. so nothing to worry about. as you reduce the frequency of breastfeeding you will get your periods.
