#Motherhood#AskTheExpert hello dr., main is samay 8 months ki pregnant hu, last delivery jb meri hui thi to mujhe salty milk aa raha tha, jiski wajah se mere baby n feeding hi nhi kiya, mujhe yah baat bahut baad m pta chali jb maine galti se apna doodh taste kiya. mai chahti hu is baar ye problem na ho to main kya kru, kya iska ilaz is time kis ja sakta h..

A. hi mam,I understand your concern but please don't take stress for such things. it is natural process. just take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated. and whenever you feed your child , please try different feeding position , make sure your child get enough milk and make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child it will help to encourage your child to take more feeds.
