A. exclusive breastfeeding is recommended till 6 months. but if its not possible due to any reason you can start with moong dal pani, ricE water. start with a spoon for a day. slowly increase quantity. banana preferably later. when baby is used to the idea of feeding from spoon. this is just tummy training. it will not replace breastfeeding. it bridges the gap when baby turns 6 months, you can increase the quantity. make sure baby is head up while feeding, do not hasten or forcefeed, keep patience. ....

A. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge etc. If ur baby is digesting food then you can continue to give it..
