Mother can use eye drops for conjunctivitis while breastfeed. Is it safe for baby’s health?pls advice

Of course your eye drops I have got no connection with your child a lot of parents are suffering with conjunctivitis these days and the medicines they are using on the suggestion of the doctor are completely say so it is not a problem to be used and it has got no connection with the child
