it happens because of constipation
so first you need to maintain good hydration
give fiberious food like spinach soup,juice , coconut water, buttermilk, tomato soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child
you can give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning.
