Morning sir my baby name is keshav kumar, 8 months old pichle 2 din se khansi aur gala aawaj karta hai. kya medicine dun.

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the snasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve ind next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
