Mjhe last 24 March ko periods hue the then abhi tk nhi hue h iske mid me unprotected sex hone ke bhi i had checked it from preganews but it is negative what should I do now and I gain my weight so much is this the reason of missing periods or not then what I should take for normalise them

you should consult a gynecologist once
sometimes THYROID or pcos or any other reason can also cause irregular mensis of pregnancy test is negative

When Did you take a pregnancy test it should have been after 30 days of your last period date and if it was negative then then it is perfectly fine it could possibly be due to hormonal imbalance or a PCOD something like that but for that you’ll have to go for a proper test by consulting your gynaecologist
