mje 2 nd half month ki baby hai breastfeed b krti hu delivery k ek month badh se left breast me ek lump k jaise h... breast me milk bharta h toh kadak lagta h nd milk extract kar ne badh soft ya kabi kabi feel b ni hota... pain b ni h.... so I be worried?

A. Engorgement he is completely normal to be seen with Women so you should gently massage your breast and do hot compress that is going to help apart from that also if you need you can consult your doctor once regarding this but if you do these two things I’m sure you’ll get relief
