Q.

minimally enlarged mesenteric lymphadenopatgy for my 3 year old daughter. she is suffering from stomach pain frequently and vomiting early morning empty stomach. it's been 3 weeks am using prebiotic and colicaid for pain. is there any solution ?

A. it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluatedd along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if needed thed doctor will go for investigations

A. we went to pediatrician 3 weeks back. so should i consult gastroenterology ?

See you have to consult a specialist I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for this whatever the situation is according to that they can help you with the right medicine as this way it would be difficult for us to give you correct guidance on that so just follow the advice given by an expert in the area
