mine nephew is 3year and 4 months old and still he is not speaking clearly but he speaks basic words clearly for example mumma , papa , dada , nana ,nani etc and also whenever he wants to go for pee or freashen up he easily let us know by saying I want to go for toi and poo, so for speaking all the words clearly and for speaking full sentences what to do

Sentences will come over the period with regular practice teacher child to connect to words to framer sentence and over the period the child will learn some periods pick up on their sentence but it’s not a problem if the child very well with other conversation
