Hello father you may replace the feed time with with animal or plant source milk or even you may use usual foods .. try to ignore their demands they might be tantrums but that would be for a duration avoid time give in otherwise would get much more difficult

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. breastfeeding should be stopped gradually for it to be less stressful for you as well as baby Ensure that the child eats enough; increase number of meals. Increase interval between breastfeeds. Drop one feed every day per week. Taper over 2-3 mo. Stop morning breastfeeds first, then afternoon feeds after 2 - 3 weeks. Avoid situations that remind the baby of the breast: other family members and father can help with feeding and putting child to sleep. The nighttime feeding is usually the last to go. Make a bedtime routine not centered around breastfeeding. read a good book which may eventually become more important than a long session at the breast , rub child's back, sing lullaby.

Hi, please suggest how to wean milk with food, my son only wants milk and whenever i offer him food he says no food milk and it’s very difficult for me to make changes in his milk routine. Earlier sometimes he ate food n fruit before moving to India but since we reached here he’s not eating food and continuously he’s having cold cough and running nose. Please help in resolving this problem. Thank you so much
