milk supply is poor ....🙁🙁

A. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, drink water boiled with jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain. eat papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.
