Milk of magnesia is recommended to take for 3 months old baby facing potty issues ie. he use to poop with a gap of almost 5 to 6 days.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. no need to give milk of magnesia at all it is not recommendedit s ok for a baby to not do potty daily as the diet is basically liquid as milk. So even if baby does not poop for 7 days it s all ok and should not be given any medicine at all
