mild nonspecific mesenteric lymphadenopathy - if this is there for 5.10 years old kid the do kid should eat only soft food like how we feed food to 1 year baby?

A. Mam for this you have to check with your doctor I don’t think so this kind of consistency would be advisable but still you have to crosscheck with your doctor and if there’s any kind of a dietary addition and alteration for that you should see a nutritionist
