POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 7 months old baby girl should be between 7 to 7.5 kgs depending on eating habits and birth weight.
You should have introduced semi solid foods in her diet from 5-6 months. Try to feed fresh, home cooked foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Ready to eat cerelac should be given only 3-4 times a week.
