A. Hi Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
