A. Give her a bowl and a spoon so that she can learn to eat food on her own. Let her play with the food and create a mess. This is how she will learn to eat on her own. Give her favourite foods along with new foods that you want to introduce. Make her participate in meal preparations like help in setting up the table or selecting the vegetables for food preparation. Give her limited options like do you want a aloo parantha or a cheese parantha? Offer small portions of food. Make family meals a pleasant experience so that your daughter can learn to enjoy family foods after watching you eat it.
