meri stomach ki skin puri ek jagha hogai . old aged k jaisa . usk liye mai kya karu

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like your belly skin is pouched toga there mostly it’s a fatty folding skin and to get rid of it proper exercises are needed

A. hi mam,as it has been 5 months after delivery ,you should give some time to your body to get back in shape. after 6 months,you can start to do abdominal exercises like abdominal crunches flutter kicks etc which help to tone the muscles . take homemade healthy food. avoid taking junk food items Massage will also help.
