Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by maximum 2 years of age.
with growing age it regresses and goes xinside
it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non cdomplicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. This could be due to umbilical hernia also you may as well get it checked with your doctor to have better clarity as this kind of a problem is very commonly seen with kids in an early age so need to be sure about it
