#asktheexperts hello doc, my baby is 2 nd half month old now and his navel is like this... can u pls tell me why his navel is like this?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician3 years agoA. It may be umbilical hernia and As age progresses everything will be fine This swelling will decrease till 6months of age If not reduced till 6months of age. Then visit ur nearest pediatrician. He will guide you in a better way.

It Maybe umbilical hernia that your child may be suffering from its very very important for you to get it wasn’t with your paediatrician because a doctor would be able to give you better clarity on that so please get it assessed with your doctor and go ahead as per their suggestion only
