meri normal delivery huye 4months complete ho but still jayda khade hone se ya jada der baithne se mere tailbone me pain hota hai veginal area ke pass pressure and light pain hota hai abdominal me bhi pain hota hai dr. ko dikhaya sab normal hai ultrasound bhi karaaya wo bhi normal aaya. kya karna chahiye mujhe

Did you take an epidural at the time of normal delivery or it was just natural because if you have taken epidural because people feel that painless normal delivery is good but that can actually lead to regular pain in the tailbone if that is not the case then I would recommend you to consult a Yoga instructor who has an expertise in the area and go for proper exercising
