meri left breast se milk nikal raha hai lekin right side ka nehi aa raha hai kya karen ki dino se milk nikle ?

You have to add more dairy products in your regular diet and take at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you have to feed your baby from both the sides equally it will help to increase the breast milk. This is the only solution so feed your baby from both side.
