meri gudiya 1+1/2 month ki h usko dst lg gye .. to khane me kya khilana chahiye and kya avoid krna chahiye ??

A. 1)Give ORS to the baby at regular intervals to keep dehydration at bay. 2)Rice kanji, buttermilk, lentil soup, coconut water is good during loose motion. 3)Banana,Apple and curd-rice is one of the best during loose motion. 4)If you are breastfeeding your baby then you should continue feeding your child.  5)Keep the diet simple and bland,like boiles carrot puree, boiled potatoes, daal- Khichdi,sabudana kheer. You can add nutmeg, fennel seeds, ginger in preparation. 6) Avoid dairy products. No glucose water, biscuits, fiber rich food, fruit.

A. नमस्ते जैसे बच्चे को दस्त हो रहे हों, हल्का भोजन जैसे खिचड़ी, चावल, दही चावल, उपमा, फल जैसे सेब या अनार का रस आदि दें। प्राकृतिक प्रोबायोटिक्स जैसे ताजा दही छाछ आदि अधिक दें जो अच्छे बैक्टीरिया को बनाए रखने में मदद करेगा अपने बच्चे को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेटेड रखें। भारी, तैलीय खाद्य पदार्थ देने से बचें।
