A. Different kids have different body structure some can have a little tummy out some do not have tummy at all they have Flat stomach so it is just a body made from childhood child there is nothing wrong with that but if you feel your child is having discomfort because of the tummy then you can check with your doctor otherwise it’s a normal thing
