In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinatiouyn or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Worms could be there which is why your child is cluttering the teeth I think you should get a check with the doctor and start with the deworming medication that you need to go ahead with rest for blisters you can apply Dologel three times in the day specially half an hour before feeding anything
