Meri daughter ko aaj early morning me fever tha ,morning me fever ka medicine diya fever nahi hai shaam tak to , par lunch me khichdi khaya tha vo usne vomit kardiya baad kya karu ?

A. dear mom. give her easy to digest semi solid food and clear liquids like coconut water, dal pani, ors water. give ondem syrup in case of active vomiting o k.
