A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

U Should just give good proteins to the child chicken fish egg Paneer any other healthy protein that you can think of giving to the child you should be giving and good amount of dairy products can definitely be a part of the daily diet along with fats these things are going to help in increasing the weight
