I will not recommend to use immediately without consulting the Dr, as it is not possible to understand of the condition without a proper physical examination. For now try giving a light cold sponging to reduce intensity of the body fever. Give sips of ORS to maintain hydration. Consult your doctor immediately for guidance and treatment plan.
