meri daughter ka wait gain nhi Hota easily...plz help

A. if she is active n alert than no worries. give ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts chikoo, banana to improve weight.
