meri daughter 5 yr ki ha uska weight 20kg ha ..but wo fruit nd dryfruit bhilkul bhi nhi khati ha ....me kya karo

A. weight is perfectly fine no need to worry regarding the weight and babies have their own likes and dislikes you can add dry fruits in the porridge of your baby is not having separately and otherwise if she is taking a proper diet there is no need to worry about dry fruits only

A. Hello dear parent, aap bache ko dry fruits in its natural form me na dele, grind kar ke powder bna ke bhi DE Sakte Hai. Aap YouTube par videos dekh iye ki dry fruits Dene ke liye Kya Bana chahiye.
