meri daughter 4.5 years ki hai wo daily mid night n early in the morning legs paining ki complain krti hai plz advice me uski diet me kya include kru jisse usko pain na ho and plz tell me ye pain kyu hota hai usko??

A. Hi parents I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please give daily sun light exposure
