meri daughter 3 year ki h uska height or weight gain ni ho rha h or wo bahut patli v h...,mai kya krun.?

A. Dear mum, if your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give at least 500 ml of full cream milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.
